Your decision to purchase is based on your own opinion of the benefits these products may provide.
Returns
We understand that sometimes things happen. You can return most unopened, unused CBD products within 10 days of receiving them. No refunds will be issued for products that have been opened or consumed, in part or in full.
Cherry Grove Drug will only accept CBD returns and issue refunds for CBD purchases made on CherryGroveDrug.com or from our local pharmacy in Cherry Grove, South Carolina.
Please note that we do not offer a money-back guarantee, as CBD affects everyone differently. We cannot accept any product that has been opened or used.
Damage During Shipping
We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving Cherry Grove Drug. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. If you notice any damage, please contact us with detailed information about the damage so we can assist you with a refund or replacement.

Returning Prescription Items
**PRESCRIPTION DRUGS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.** Cherry Grove Drug will not accept returns for refund or exchange on any prescription medication. State and Federal regulations prohibit us from accepting any prescription drug returns, except when these drugs are subject to a recall. This rule is for your protection and ensures that medications dispensed by our pharmacy have not been outside the control of the pharmacy.
